I find meal planning helps keep me organized for the week. Not only does it help me figure out what’s for dinner, I plan around buying items we only need. It’s cost effective and less wasteful. I make my plans for the week on Sunday, but given everything going on with shelter-in-place, I have been planning 2 weeks out. I designed a weekly meal plan and if you can find useful, print it out here. And a tip: I put inside a clear page protector so I can use dry erase markers and re-use weekly. Happy planning!
