To be honest, I made this recipe before I started doing my Pinterest Project. I happen to come across it on Pinterest and thought I’d give it a review because everyone MUST try this recipe! This ice cream cake is not only delicious, it melts in your mouth. It’s also so easy to do, you’ll be happy I told you so! I used vanilla ice cream sandwiches and cool whip mixed with crushed Oreo cookies in between each layer. The version I pinned is a little complex than what I did, but if you want to give it a whirl, let me know how it goes!
