A dear friend of mine is having a baby so we threw her a co-ed baby shower. Many ideas came to mind, but a BabyQ was only fitting because 1. it was the middle of summer (and, boy was it HOT!) 2. we wanted to serve BBQ food and 3. it was something fun for majority of the guests being guys. We initially wanted to setup outside, but being it was 100+ outside, we had to stay in.
We kept the menu simple serving BBQ food; ribs, pork sliders, sausages, Macaroni salad and a baked potato bar. Everyone loved the idea of putting together their own fixings. As a favor, we gave our guests S’mores… so they can take s’more love home!
