When I met with Priscilla, she wanted announcements for her commissioning ceremony into the USMC. Their colors are red, blue and gold and to represent the blood stripe, she wanted a scarlet satin ribbon going parallel. Congratulations to Staff Sergeant Priscilla and all her achievements in the USMC!
